"Long wait times!!! Waited close to 4 hours. Don't make appointments if you can't keep up with them."
"Rude staff, unprofessional doctor. They have no regards for your time and will make you wait as long as they want. I went for an appointment at 10a.m and I didn't leave 3p.m. Don't come here if you want a good experience."
"First, let me start by saying that I absolutely love my doctor. He’s been only one of two that’s actually taken an interest in trying to help me. And he has. I’ve tried many times to set aside the unprofessionalism of the staff all because I want to keep a positive outlook for the doctor. But today couldn’t be looked past. Recently, I’ve had my mother added as a new patient. She’s home bound and can’t be taken in for a regular office visit. So, a virtual visit was supposed to take place. I was advised to log in around 4:30, which I did, and once 6:30 rolled around, I gave up. This visit was important. Not only am I stepping out into unknown territory where my mother’s concerned, but I had to miss out on 2 hours of work (for someone like me, I literally can’t afford to be missing hours) — all without any kind of acknowledgment about the virtual visit. And, conveniently, it’s close to closing time when this was supposed to take place, so I can’t even call the office to ask about it. I just get the ever so infamous Answering Service. I’m beyond upset and disappointed. I know the doctor is willing to help, but by the looks of it, his staff isn’t keeping up to par if a reminder for a virtual visit can’t even be marked down. SMDH"
"I don't work in a doctor's office but, shouldn't the staff have EVERYTHING done e.g. vitals, weight, intake BEFORE the doctor is in? Why even have an appointment if the staff calls you in for vitals one hour AFTER your appointment slot? Also, a simple courtesy goes a LONG way. "Good morning/afternoon" would be appreciated instead of "your copay is..." If it weren't for the Doctor I wouldn't come here. Still waiting..."
"Arrived for my Scheduled appointment & no one came to the door. You try & call the phone # and it’s ALWAYS busy. No one reached out to me while I sat in the parking lot for 35 min, walking back & forth to the Door, for some sort of direction. No organization and staff very unprofessional. Time to skip a marathon Perez and clean up your staff. You put your name on the door so you are only hurting yourself."
