"Ridiculous wait time even after receiving and appointment the same day, still had to wait over an hour just to be called in three people were asleep in the wait room including myself. They have a no show policy where you have to pay $50 if you miss or are late to your appointment, yet when you’re on time they have you sitting for hours!!! Ridiculous just awful service I don’t know how this place is still in business!! You can be dying in the waiting room and they still won’t help you! Worst place in Brownsville!"

"My mom has Covid and had called for an appt. Made her wait 3 days. She goes and the doctor is not even there. My mom told them her lungs were burning and they told her she has to wait until the 26. My mom asked if there is anything else they can do. And the nurse was rude and said “You’ll have to wait” and my mom is like “What if I get sicker, and the X-rays were done at my home yesterday and told they would be ready today to check my lungs” and they told her she had to wait for her appt. They told her they couldn’t give her anything til she saw her dr on the appt give to her and if she got bad to go to the ER. She asked if there was any doctor that could see her and they were all rude and said no. Horrible service, will be filing a complaint"

"Please don't go to this clinic. I was only there a month and decided to switch. They rarely answer the phones and if they do you will be on hold for a very long time, I was for one hour and twenty minutes. Even if you have an appointment you will be waiting for 2 to 3 hours to be seen. I was never able to get my prescriptions because they won't go thru the proper channels the insurance company requires. The NP told me she wouldn't be going thru what the insurance require and there was nothing else she could do. Horrible Place, STAY AWAY DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME."
