"Terrible customer service from front desk staff......Every time I call, I can never get someone to answer the phone, I'll be on hold and they just hang up over and over again. They make it so hard to get a hold of them. They also set up my appointments, then change or cancel them without notifying me... I show up and they say I don't have an appointment for you. Then they reschedule me again for 2-3 months later.... I can never be seen when I actually need to be seen by a doctor..... and then they don't want to renew any prescriptions without me being seen by the doctor.... but they always cancel my appointments.... it's crazy..... I am very displeased with the service I get from the staff....Staff is rude and show no empathy."

"NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED SO BAD IN MY LIFE!!!!! I have been a patient there for over 2 year and the office staff is horrible. The MA that is there is the worst she just kicks you out the room like if you are a criminal...... no compassion. She does not give you the opportunity to talk. She opens the door and tells you to leave. If the staff hates there job so bad get another job. I have waited months to be seen and finally after been seen I am unable to get my medicine filled and now I have to wait 2 months to be seen again to go over what other medicine can be prescribed !??! That makes no sense. I keep on telling the staff when I call if they can talk to the doctor and have her prescribed something else and they say not possible you have to wait for your next appointment. Like seriously my next appointment is going to be about how i have felt taking the medicine that the doctor prescribed but I can not get it filled because they do not follow up with the authorization. I have called numerous times and they have kept me on hold for 30 to to 45 minutes to come back on the phone and say we are still working on your authorization and we will call you back. I never get call back and I call and call and I am put on hold. And I am still waiting for a call back after being seen a month ago and still waiting for a prescription to be filled!!!"

"Never in my life have I been humiliated as I did by this doctor’s office manager! I’m pretty sure that Dr.Saaverda knows each and every one of her patients and their illnesses. To be denied consultation because I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and not 15 minutes before is far off the chart! Not only were my patient rights violated but my disability rights were as well! I am a chronic patient! I tried to give this facility another opportunity. No empathy or kindness towards their patients. They want to be ready to go home at 5 pm. These people need to find another profession that doesn’t require to take care of the health of the community! As for the doctor, she needs to think well who she has running her clinic. She can be an amazing doctor but the people running her show are killing her image!!!"

"Dr. Savedra is the best!! But her staff is the worst! Especially because I’ve been turned away today from An appointment that had to be 3 months ago. I have been rescheduled since July, last appointment made was for laboratory results but it should've been a drs visit, there was no need for labs I needed a consult for my medications finished 2 months ago. I’m very disappointed in the treatment and lack of professionalism from the front desk staff. Unfortunately, decided to seek for a another medical doctor."

"I honestly felt that I had found my doctor for life. Dr. Saavedra is outstanding. Extremely attentive and goes through a thorough analysis. Unfortunately, she became popular and busy. I was passed off to a PA. The PA was kind, but not what I needed. It was hard to keep my medicines straight. Not getting my medication regularly or correct caused health issues. They would call during working hours and when I could return the call they would not pick up. Last week, since I couldn't reach them, I went in to get my medication straight. I was not feeling well at all due to stress and being on/off medication. After I left, they called and I was asked to return, which I did. I complied with their office policy of wearing a mask both times. They wanted me to take a COVID19 test. Since I was not sick with any flu-like symptoms, I did not feel that was necessary. My illness and the medication situation were the issue. Although, I did not feel I needed or wanted a swab up my nose, I did agree to get (and pay for) a blood test. Instead of helping me or finding out how to help, one of the office staff came rushing in. She was rude and dismissive, demanded that I leave the office immediately. I was in shock and asked "are you seriously kicking me out?" She said "YES! You have Covid symptoms! GET OUT!" I let her know that I would like to get a copy of my medical records. She said she didn't care, I could ask to have them faxed later...just GET OUT! Wow, this was pretty bad. If you know me, you know that I am a kind and calm person. There was no need to be treated that way. I cannot imagine how they would treat an elderly person or someone in worse pain than I was. The rest of the staff said nothing, just opened the door for me to leave. Extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the doctor's staff. Complete disregard for my needs. I do not recommend going to this clinic until there is a full change of office staff."
