"It's sad that I have to change to another Dr, because of unprofessional, rude and careless receptionist. They want for us to call first to let them know we are parked outside so we can go in, but after calling four times I got off stood went t front desk to find out the receptionist lowers the volume of the phone. I confronted her and of course she didn't care. (Don't know her name blonde hair green eyes. Unfortunately for me 3 months later I got sick again called the office now they have an automated system that it's as bad as the receptionist. Finally the receptionist decided to answer, just asked for my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy, of course they didn't send it, called four more times to be told that they were very busy to expect a call maybe by 6. Well I gave them the benefit of the doubt. And guess what 3 days later no call no prescription. Please don't waste your time. Dr. De la Vega & his PA are really good, but to get to them is just impossible. And the Dr is not even aware of what's happening."

"Well I took my son there to see if it was the right doctor for him cause he had some digestive problem and well the staff was really friendly and really nice.it was until I got to the doctor that affected me he was rude, didn't listen to any of my concerns, he called my child over weight even tho he wasn't, and he didn't let me help him assist to calm down my son. My poor baby was crying and fighting to get away from the doctor. Worst experience I ever had with a doctor ever. It was till I switch to another doctor n she said that my son was perfectly health n was not over weight."

"The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. My baby girl took a liking to them immediately. The wait is average and bearable. What I loved the most is the fact that the doctors take their time to explain things in a way that an average person can understand. Highly recommend."
