"New to the area and slipped and fell. Called to make and appointment and was told they did walk-ins and an appointment wasn’t necessary. When i got there only one other person was in the waiting room and nobody else came in after me. I literally waited 2 hours to be seen. Then the PA that saw me treated me as if i was just trying to get pain meds. He obviously didn’t read my medical history as he tried to give me a prescription for a medication I can not take due to having gastric bypass surgery. He never even attempted to feel the area around my ribs to see if he could feel swelling. He barely even spoke to me and acted as if i was not being truthful about my injury. Basically his bedside manner was horrible. Hardly said two words to me and when i explained what happened he looked and acted, and his facial expressions said, he didn’t believe what I was saying. Save your time and money and find another urgent care. Worst experience i have had since moving to the area. Will never go back. Having to try to find a physician that will actually take the time to make an attempt to diagnose and treat my my injury."
