"My mother and brother have been going to this so called doctor. She does not know what she is doing. Never calls in medication have to keep calling. Prescribed medication to my brother that he did not need. Then said she didn't prescribe it when her name is on the medication bottle. Do not go to this so called physician if you value your life."
