"As a former patient. Id like to say at first it was great (5yrs ago) then it went down hill. Dr. Guzman himself is a great doctor that has patient concerns and doesn’t hush u or make u feel uncomfortable and in a rush to get u out. Tho i do think he needs to stop over booking. Or getting someone else thats capable (Dr. Caudillo is limited and has to refer to him for certain things which causes another waiting time). As for Dr Caudillo she has a horrible attitude. I remember this one incident where i had a tele health appt or whatever they’re called she told me to just take an over the counter medicine, i then told her i was warned previously not to. She then proceeds in an irritated tone “Well im the doctor here why ask me if you wont listen?” To which then i replied, horribly sick in bed after getting vaccinated, “You as the doc should read a patients record before trying to administer a medication they’re clearly allergic to” something similar happened to my mother but with blood pressure meds..she could have gotten a heart attack…the staff at front horrible i get it its busy i u have alot to do. How about dont over book patients to doctors and stop talking about ur weekend. Also dont set appts at 8 when u know the doctor doesnt show up until 1030 at times. It’s unnecessary! They dont answer it gets sent to a FULL MAILBOX VOICEMAIL system. There is no after hours answering system to cancel or set up appts (many other places do thats why i moved) you cant predict u will get sick to know u need to set an appt in advance. The scheduling department only has bookings in the afternoon and even then u dont get called til 8pm at times or when they close. Im told to make an appt 2 weeks later is their closest availability to see an ill patient? Total chaos! I feel so sorry for Dr Guzman…i hope he reads this…fix it before u lose all ur patients due to attitude problems from the front desk staff and find someone who doesnt get u involved in a medical lawsuit due to being negligent and prescribing things they shouldnt."

"Recently consulted with Dr. Caudillo, and she was great. Unfortunately, the front office staff is the most unprofessional, unorganized, and by far some of the most unpleasant individuals I've ever interacted with. It is evident that they do not care about the patients. I feel bad for the Clinicians as these individuals are the first point of contact. These people seriously need to consider a career change or further training. As you can see from other reviews, this experience is very common among many."
