"Went there 1 wk after for a follow up told the doctor my foot feels sprained she tells me to get Naproxen. 1wk later I'm in the hospital for an abscess in my foot. The only good thing were the nurses. I'm going to a different doctor steering clear for any KAIZEN building"

"First time visit courteous and friendly. Organized office since they got my referrals set up while i was still in office. And even though they were having issues getting a hold of my insurance provider they were courteous to inform me by following up with me (Abby) and advising me right before weekend due to my prescription delay. Highly recommend Clinic"

"As soon as I walked in, front desk workers made ugly faces! & the nurse practitioner is sooooo rude!!!. No respect. They act like teenagers. First and last. Never again."

"Don't come here if you need assistance on time. The people on the phone will tell you to come in and make an appointment and the people at the desk will tell you you can sign in person at 4:30 and will have to wait till 5:30. Assistance does not know how to work with people. Doctors are great but the front needs a refresh and needs to learn how to be organized. Changing my doctor now. Been here for an hour and had a early appointment. This is ridiculous."

"I waited 6 hours to see a NP who then ordered labs I didn’t want or needed. I was charged over 300 $ for those labs and didn’t get any medicine for my health issues. Jest drive to McAllen or Harlingen . This place is a waste of money."
