"I live in Corpus. But a while back I was referred to N.P. Alyssa Pimentel here in Alice. She has been an incredible communicator and a very effective educator in helping me overcome my recent issues. Working to overturn my issues has been so much easier now that I have a person who genuinely cares for the individual and doesn’t treat me like a number. She is very good at drilling down to find root causes and does her research before meeting with you. I also never feel rushed or bothersome with my questions. A complete 180 from every other doctor I have tried working with in Corpus. This is why I go all the way to Alice for care. If you are looking for a doctor, I highly recommend N.P. Pimentel in Alice. You will always walk out with a clear direction, educational resources, and next steps on how to improve your health or whatever issues or diagnosis you are working through. The entire office and front desk has always been helpful, quick with requests, and excellent with communication. Thank you all for directly impacting my journey to excellent health."

"How can this office still be in business??? How can they tell a severely ill person that they will call in their medication and, after several hours they still haven’t called it in then, after calling them again they say that they are working on it and will do it before the end of the day then, when we go pick up the medication it still hasn’t been called in and the office is closed for the day!!! This is just one of many examples of the incompetence of this office’s staff. They are a direct reflection of the Doctors they work for. Do the doctors just not care??? They must be aware as we have complained dozens of times! And sometimes directly to the doctor! It’s so sad that the residents of Alice have to put up with this as they have very few options for PCPs in the area. Shame on them."
