"This clinic is about the only clinic who makes the sick Kids wait till after lunch to get seen!!! Why? The wait is extremely long and the staff rolls their eyes so much u would think they would find a brain back there and be professional!!! You would think this clinic would be a lil more professional being one of the biggest pediatric clinic!!! Drs and staff get it together!!!"

"Worst absolutely worst doctor I've ever been to in my life. My appointment was at 8:30. I didn't even see a nurse until 9:00. I walked out of the office because I still wasn't seen by 10:20 worst doctor's office in existence"

"Wait times are ridiculous!!! You can wait hours. I have never been to a doctor that every appointment is such a long wait. And the receptionist can't even tell you how much longer the wait will be when you ask her. She says I have no idea. What's the point in having a a scheduled appointment time?! I definitely will not be coming back here . It's very frustrating especially when you have a newborn"

"The nurses here are great... but the wait time is outrageous and as usual you see the "Doctor" for 5 minutes! Not to mention the fact that you can't be seen if your sick til after lunch but if you don't get there early enough they "stop" seeing patients. Therefore, the best time to go (if you're sick) is between 1:00- 2:30pm so u better hurry you only have 1 1/2 hours to make it there. Also, if your child has been going there since they were born and they get sick constantly no one will try to figure out why. They charge for everything you need there and make you sign in online for an appointment time 2 hours after you sign- in in person"

"Had an appointment at 9:30am. Arrived 5 mins early. Did not get put in a room until 10:30-11ish… nurse came in, got what she needed then was never checked on nor seen and ended up leaving at 12 due to having other appointments scheduled. When I left there were only 2 cars in parking lot, 1 being mine and 0 people in waiting room. Front office had only 1 person working. Multiple times I had to walk out of the room to ask when my son would be seen or where the Dr. was. No one checked on us or let us know things were running behind. They said that day was a busy day. Then they said that because they take walk ins it takes longer. What’s the reason for making an appointment if you don’t get seen at the time of appointment or even close? They open at 8. My appointment was at 9:30. They had that many patients for an hour and a half to not even check on my son? Ridiculous. And I’m not one to complain but this was uncalled for. Will not be seeing this clinic again."
