"Really bad place! The wait is horriable. Two to three hours is how much I have to wait just to see the doctor and just for him to check my child for five minutes. You can be the first to sign in but they end up skipping you and checking others that arrived after you've been there. The lobby is really dirty, ants and sticky liquids cover the floor. The restroom is not a place to change a baby. The rooms are really dirty also. This is not a place to take your children."

"Run around. 2 hour wait. Didn't fill out paper correctly for my daughter and then wanted me to go the next day to McAllen, but I live and went to Alamo office. Really. Get it right the first time doc.Took a total of three visits to get her nebulizer. Don't waste your time or children's health with them. GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!"

"The place was disgusting. The waiting room was hot, muggy and smelled like a gas station restroom. The floors and walls were filthy. The place was so gross that I actually felt more unhealthy after being there."
