"Doctors office hours are 8a-5pm but you have to get there in the morning before 10:30am to be seen or arrive after 1:30pm in the afternoon. Doctor arrives after 930am in the morning so he has his patients waiting and in the afternoon he arrives after 2pm. They need to change the hours if he only works 2 hours in the morning and 2 in the afternoon."

"I was trying to change my son doctors since his former one moved and it's the only one near my home, and all they gave me was a rude attitude saying they couldn't see my son just because he's not newborn and just because the doctor didn't feel like seeing any more patients!!! What kind of doctor refuses patients?! They're supposed to be there to help!!! Might as well close the office if he doesn't want to see anyone!!!"

"Although this office is in my insurance network, they insisted that I pay the full cost of an office visit for my sick son because they saw I have a deductible that has not been met. This office does not understand that an "out of network deductible" does not need to be paid before insurance covers a visit to an in network provider. My son had the flu and they refused to see him unless the office visit was paid in full even though it was explained to this office that my child is covered by insurance. I have to wonder if we had paid them the full cost of the doctor visit, then the turned around and billed our insurance company, would they have refunded our money back to us."
