"This review is for the office of South Texas Health System. Clinics Family Medicine at the address 5407 S McColl Rd B, Edinburg, TX 78539. I only go to the doctor when I am sick. Today on 11/20/23 I am sick. I called this clinic because the online Google listing says that they are open. It's 3:21pm now. The young lady who answered the phone said that their clinic is OPEN But there are NO DOCTORS available to see patients because they are both out of town. This is the most idiotic thing I have ever heard. That's like a grocery store saying they are OPEN They have no food to sell to customers. To the 2 Dr Arangos who work there, if you are not available to see patients then your business is CLOSED that day. You need to change your Google listing to say that you are CLOSED. It doesn't cost extra money to call Google and say "can you set my online Google listing to show that I am closed for 3 days, thank you Google for your magic technology that allows me to let people know that we are NOT really open today". I know the excuse the doctors will say is, "what if some patients need to call the office to ask some questions". Well that's okay, they can call the office and your staff will be there to answer the calls but that DOES NOT mean you should show on Google that you are open for business."
