"The only good thing is that they can accept you as a walking, yet the service in all aspects is not good at all. The receptionist can be rude, not all of them though. Management needs to train them to be more professional and respectful. Now the doctors are kind and compassionate, but they also need to learn to be accurate. I lost my baby , but before that they just told me….“ I think this is not going to work” and not advise or recommendations given to you of want to do or expect. After my miscarriage I call the clinic asking if I need to go sooner or not go anymore and they told me that it was recommended to go just to see that everything when back to normal. Yet the day after the appointment I got there as a walking in because the day before I couldn’t attend in time, and they had told that I could go as as walk in that same they or the day after… but as soon I was there they say that they couldn’t take me in, and that an appointment wasn’t necessary anyway more. When before they had told that I was recommended to see, as I mentioned before. They are just not communicating with each other properly and the patients are not being well treated or informed. So definitely I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"I was going to have my first baby when I went to this clinic my baby passed inside me while I was 5 months pregnant the entire time I was attending this clinic I was told my baby was in good health and that everything looked good with my baby. I ended up going to the hospital one day due to extreme heart burn I couldn’t take the the pain so I was admitted at the er and that’s where they told me my baby had a condition called gastroschisis I was 19 weeks pregnant when I found out of her condition. the entire time I was told she was healthy and nothing was wrong. Dr. Norma Garcia was my doctor. I then changed to a different Dr it was my first apt with my new dr when he gave me the news my baby has passed I was induced and had my baby at 22 weeks her heart had stopped. I do not recommend this clinic at all."

"Do yourself a favor and save your time by not giving this clinic the benefit of the doubt admist all these negative reviews :) I first went to Dr. Norma Garcia almost 2 years ago and had a better experience compared to the other obgyns I've visited so had decided to stay with her. Turns out they're all the same and have no care for their patients ! Also why is there so many "Violence is not tolerated" posters around the clinic ?? Just shows that it's common for a lot of people to leave very unhappy with this clinic. Listen to your patients"

"The whole time I went there I was told that my baby was very healthy and she had a strong heart. The whole time Dr. Garcia told me that I had a lot of fluid and the baby could do cartwheels in there. I asked her if that was normal, in which she replied "yes". My water broke at 37 weeks. We rushed to the hospital. Excited to welcome our baby girl into this world. We got to the hospital at 7:50pm. Staff wouldn't allow my husband in. They were refusing to check how many centimeters I had dilated with the excuse "I don't want to hurt you!" My baby was under fetal distress her heart stopped 8 times. The staff kept on asking me not to push. Dr finally showed up at 2 am. By that time my body had already started pushing the baby out on its own. So the Dr said push and I didnt even have to use that much force. She immediately came out. She was taken from me, all night I asked staff to see my baby. I was in and out of consciousness of how bad my body was exhausted. No one wanted to tell me anything. I didn't think anything bad. The next morning this Dr walked in and told me that my baby was in the NICU and she wasn't breathing on her own or eating so they had machines doing it for her. She came out with a torn heart and a leaking artery She had to have open heart surgery 2 months ago. When the surgeon opened my baby up, He said things were worse than what they thought. So surgery took longer than expected. With the grace of our HEAVENLY FATHER. Surgery was a success. She still needs more repairs but can't have them till she is an adult. My baby was also born with tricimy 21 and both Dr I had before and Dr. Garcia failed to run tests when I was pregnant. All I got from the Dr was an I am Sorry I didn't know. And went on her way."
