"Ridiculous! My mother has her appointment and there’s about 60 ppl waiting to be seen elderly complaining on waiting area there shouldn’t be so many ppl. Patients still waiting for Rooms waiting on hallways;No sitting area available ( npw)"

"First time meeting Dr N. Ortiz. And I really enjoyed his bedside manners. He was very polite and asked me all the right questions and information. And referred me to the proper dr I needed to see. I will be seeing him again. This was the Mercedes Clinic. Edited by elvira leal... *****During a 2nd visit dr n. Ortiz was very rude that he upset me. He didnt want to attend to me. I was very upset that i raised my voice he rasised his voice and i walked out of exam room. And asked to talked to his superiors. Now iam seeing one of his superiors only. Will never see him again. ***"
