"Painfully loud. Over 100 decibels loud. 3 days later and ears still ringing. Don't bother to comment to staff about the volume, they'll just tell you it'll get better. Really ruined the movie. Half of my family almost walked out due to the volume. One of those wears hearing aids and didn't have them in and found it painful. Staff walking in front of an entire row to get to the seats at the far end (which has its own entrance) because they didn't know where the seats were. Some training has clearly been missed. It will be a long time before we consider this theater again. I understand the immersive experience, but this is probably the only time it has been painful."

"Awful location. Trying to find a parking spot to attend this theater during the weekend night is close to impossible. Expect to be driving around in circles for close to 15-20 minutes. My suggestion plan on getting to the theater about 30 minutes early. The manager that was working last night needs training in customer service ASAP. Was truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had at an AMC made me want to cancel my A-list membership."

"This movie theater is huge and in a great location. The theater rooms are huge with comfortable recliners. The recliners are extra long and have good support. The snack bar has a huge variety from meat jerky, popcorn, and all different kinds of candy. The butter station is located in the lobby. I’m so glad I can add as much butter as I want."

"This movie theater is located in a very convenient section of the village shopping center. There are plenty of available parking spaces and many restaurants to visit either before or after the movie. Upon entering the theater, you will be awed by a grand entryway as well as an employee when you submit your ticket. Tickets are easily purchased at the automated kiosk and there is also a bar and snack area for purchasing alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages or snacks."
