"Dear AMC Team, I want to express my gratitude for the wonderful entertainment experiences your theaters provide. However, I must address a crucial issue that affects not only my family, particularly my Deaf daughter, but many others in the community. Previously, your theaters had open captions, which greatly enhanced the movie-watching experience for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. Unfortunately, the recent removal of open captions has profoundly impacted our ability to attend and enjoy movies as a family. The absence of open captions not only limits my daughter's ability to fully appreciate films but also hinders countless others facing similar challenges. While closed captions are helpful, they often fall short in capturing the subtleties of dialogue and soundtrack, leading to a compromised cinematic experience. I understand the challenges of implementing open captions, but I firmly believe that embracing this accessibility feature across all movies is crucial for creating a truly inclusive environment for all moviegoers. Open captions are relatively easy to provide and should always be made available. I urge you to consider the profound impact comprehensive open captions could have on the movie-watching experience for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community. By reinstating and committing to open captions, AMC would not only enrich the lives of individuals like my daughter but also set a positive example for other entertainment venues. "The theatre itself is good, the food stand is good too. I am giving this rating coz of the restrooms. It smells so bad and worst of all no soap in any of the dispensers. WTH?!? It was nauseating going inside. Total negligence from the management. Imagine there was so much rush after the Oppenheimer movie which is too long w/o an interval and you run to the restroom which smells awful! Horrible! Get your act straight. We are just out of a pandemic and yet y’all haven’t learnt zilch regarding sanitation."

"Great theatre experience especially IMAX. I have posted a few photos of lobby area. If you buy your ticket online and get it downloaded to phone with QR code take it to ticket guy to be scanned. They have a bar if you want adult beverages. Don't know if you can bring into theatre. As they have a captured audience the food and drink are expensive (see photo). During hot summer months park on other side of mall and enjoy the covered parking. Keeps car cooler. SHE who cashes my retirement check complained of women's rest room near theatre 18. Three stalls one couldn't close door. And only one sink had soap. bummer."

"Having a movie theater in the mall can be a hit or a miss. This one is a hit for sure. Lots of parking. Close enough from the rest of the mall to grab food from somewhere else or shop before or after the movies. And far enough where you are not bumping into people in the mall that are not watching a movie. Seats are good and recline well. The screens are a good size and fun to watch movies on. Decent food and it gets delivered to your seats is a big win. When you are in a big group, it makes it easier to order and head to your seats without having to wait for food."
