"The people are friendly. I tried to email through the online email address listed it took a week to get a response. It was difficult to get communication on my order delays for one order. On a seperate shirt order it had pretty bad loose threads I heard different things on how I could get it replaced. Limited parking available."

But the sales rep for my company is friendly, superficially, all talk and no action. He likes to brag about how great the company is and how long they have been in business, but he does nothing to get you the equipment of supplies needed to do your job. I do everything I can to not need anything from Tejas."
