"This location needs more people working (or flexible and available to work) the print counter. Every time I come in to ship something the wait is ridiculous because there’s usually only one person working the counter."

"This place is horrible! Every time I come into this home depot they are extremely lazy. They took a white guy’s FedEx package in front of me then when it was my turn they told me they couldn’t take my FedEx return package because they were a third party. They watch me stand in line and then turn me away? I feel some type of way. My package is pre labeled and ready to go. They had to two pallets for FedEx, which one was full and one was empty. It was an older woman and a younger woman who told me they couldn’t take my package. This is the closest and only FedEx in my area. We came in on 12/18/23 around 6:15 PM. This inconvenience me and I had to drive out of my way to another fed ex location."

"GREAT, OUTSTANDING, CUSTOMER SERVICE From Yadira and Michael! Store looks good and has a friendly atmosphere. Yadira was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She really listened to me and I appreciated that. Michael was also wonderful as he was the person who checked me out. He made sure that I got everything that I needed. He was also very knowledgeable. With employees like Yadira and Michael, OFFICE DEPOT NW FWY IS DEFINITELY MY "GO-TO" SUPPLY STORE!"

"I have been a repeated customer of Office Depot over many years mostly due to necessity. Throughout this time I have visited numerous stores in Houston as well as other major cities and this is my first time writing a review. Ashley, who was working in the Full Service print department was OUTSTANDING not just with me but with the other customers I saw her interact with. While all customers receive service ,Ashley provided STELLAR customer service. Ashley, was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I watched her treat the customers before me with respect and gentle guidance. Once it was my turn she treated me the same. While this particular location is not the closest in proximity to my office I will drive the extra distance for my needs (even if they do not include print service) just because of Ashley. I pay attention to where I spend my hard earned dollars and will gladly do business where I know they employ people like her. Huge thank you to Ashley for being a difference maker! May all your good deeds be returned to you quickly!"

"it's alright. id give it about 3.8 stars. mira asked me if I need any help right away and guided me to right aisles. super helpful. came here to laminate a photo and the service was quick and easy. cashier jordan seemed nice however he was taking way too long checking people out. he was the only one up there and three people were in line yet i felt like i was waiting forever. overall the store is organized and clean."
