"Jenifer, the manager of this store is so rude and didn't help me with my business cards...i placed an order a day before and everything was perfectly fine. The next day when it was time for them to be picked up they told us we were not able to print them out because the girl who submitted them didn't do the job correctly!!! and she told me i would cancel your order and go somewhere else!!!! Their employees should know what they are doing before submitting the order and this manager should be fired because she is careless and i felt she was racist and did not have any customer service ethics... I don't recommend this place to do any business cards"
"Dianah is the worst staff I have ever dealt with. Placed an order only to print out some business cards. I drive 25 minutes to this location to pick them up. Dianah says she called me twice and sent me an email that there is an issue with my order. I confront her and say that I have not received any calls nor emails (checked my junk too). She disrespectfully ignores me and continues with another client. 1) My business card design apparently was not per Staples standards for print out because the ID number on the upper right corner is very small (per Dianah). I ask them to print regardless since it is my design, and the small ID number is intentional. 2) Dianah was rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. She was unapologetic and did not offer any help or solution. She just continued to ignore me."
"The staff is nice enough, but the store just doesn't seem worth going to. Went here for some hanging file folders at one point and ended up having to get what I needed on Amazon. Recently tried to use their UPS service to return something, but on two occasions I was informed they were "out of supplies for the returns and didn't know when they'd be getting more." That was after waiting in a line of 4 people for several minutes with no employee to be found to staff the counter."
"I came here for TSA PreCheck application. It went through really fast. Then, I started to browse Staples. I found a lot of merchandise didn't have price tags. Mmm... I didn't want to wait in line just to ask for prices."
