"We have enjoyed games here for a few seasons now and this year it seems they made a solid effort on customer service which is excellent. They care for veterans by offering free admission to home games. The venue is great, the games are exciting, the announcer is awesome. My only complaint is it is hard to find someone to discuss season tickets."

"Seating is confusing and we thought someone was in our seats so we got a worker to double check. They confirmed it was our seats. The people wouldn't move so we got another worker and asked them to help us. After talking with the other group they told us that group was given the entire row for singing the national anthem, but our seats were going to be open. So we go back up there and got blocked from entering the row by the group and were told firmly that we couldn't sit there. The workers were no help and we were extremely uncomfortable so we left. Either the stadium messed up the tickets or they let people bully others out of seats they bought but either way the workers were no help at all. Super disappointed and very uncomfortable with what happened and I'm out the price of those tickets."

"Neat venue especially for El Paso. There’s also iceskating, it’s cold, I highly recommend to come in wearing warm clothes. It’s cozy in size. It’s locating in same parking lot of El Paso County Coliseum."

"Always have a great experience but serving in the military for twenty years this rude man brought every imaginable device that didn't only annoy my friends and I but other customers left as well. Loud devices are an annoyance and shouldn't be allowed."
