"I needed to purchase two items. Both were located in the same area and were easy to find. When I was ready to checkout the cashier was polite and friendly and helped me sign up for the rewards program. The checkout process including the rewards sign up took less than 5 minutes. I look forward to doing further business with the Conroe, TX location."

"Office Depot Conroe TX - I paid for a nearly $50 purchase with my debit card and the item was defective. They withdrew my money immediately from my bank on the day of the purchase. When I went to get the refund, I asked for cash back and the manager said that’s not an option and had to go back in the card. I asked her how would they handle it if I had my receipt but did not have the card. She said they would refuse to refund the money because they don’t have to without the original card used to make the purchase. I asked what my options were and the manager called over another manager and they both said I don’t have another option. I asked how long it would take to get my money back into my account and the manager told me 3 to 7 business days. I said what happens if the money is not returned. The manager said, take it up with corporate. I told them they have horrible customer service and they won’t be in business another 5 years. The manager said frankly she didn’t care because she was retiring anyway. Don’t buy anything from these crooks!!! Buy local from a mom and pop store if at all possible. If not, get it on Amazon! But avoid Conroe TX Home Depot like the plague. Subpar items, overpriced products, and customer service that neither benefits the customer or can be considered service! I’d give -5 stars if that were an option."

"As a visitor to Conroe, TX I realized I didn't bring enough address labels to utilize. When I walked in the door I was warmly greeted by Heather who offered to help me. She walked me to the aisle and stayed to help me as she saw I was struggling to find just the right item. She is a gem and an asset to this store!"
