"DO NOT RENT from Storage Express unless you want them to bait and switch you. I rented a unit here in October. I've been paying $171 for an 11'x28'. I've read some of the other negative reviews but I really didn't have any problems until today. I got a card in the mail saying my rate will now be $241. That's a 41% price increase overnight and I've had the unit only 4 months. This is a complete bait and switch. All storage companies raise their rates but they do it incrementally. I'm on a tight budget and I would have never rented this unit knowing they would raise the price like this. I will now have to rent a trailer and relocate an entire 11x28 storage."

"Awful place to store your rv. Management is non-existent and the facility isn’t secure. There are random people running businesses out of their storage and causing a lot of traffic with people onsite that can easily get in. We had a break in and the workers onsite said they don’t manage the cameras and don’t know how to access them. Go somewhere else if you value your things."

"Clean well maintained storage unit. Outside storage for trailers are spacious and clean with plenty of room for tow vehicles to maneuver and back in. Plenty of lightning and security cameras. Highly Recommend."
