Life Storage - Cypress

"I rarely leave bad reviews but I wanted to give a heads up for anyone considering renting a unit here. I began renting a unit in December of 2023 and as of February 2024 they have decided to raise the rent price by nearly 50% for what they say is a “market adjustment”. However, they are now offering the same unit size for 50% less than the original rate I was provided, even though I was told there was a “market adjustment”. I chose this location because they seemed reputable but now I’m considering leaving after only storing for 2 months. If you sign a lease expecting to pay $170 be warned they can/will raise the price to $250 after 2 months and notify you via postcard in the mail."

"Life Storage has everything a person wants in a self-storage facility. The staff is friendly and efficient, they have an easy rental process, clean units and grounds are nicely kept. The facility is well-lit, too. Julie was very informative and personable. There are many self-storage facilities in Cypress. I feel as though I selected the best."
