"I ordered 6 chairs, 2-tone colored-black and grey.They were in stock. I get an email from FURNGO, they're not in stock. They said, we have black, were sending you those. I said, NO don't do that, I don't want black. 6 black chairs arrive at my house. I emailed them-take these chairs back. They offered me discounts, shelf racks, and money off so I keep them. No I want to return these.They said I have to pay for Fedex to return them. I'm not paying for something I want and didn't order. The e-mail's go in circles, so they push you out of your return window so you can't return them. That's how they get you! They keep refusing to send me a return label. Furngo's return policy says they will send a prepaid return label. LIAR'S. Where is my label? They are forcing me to keep the chairs. I can't get my money back. FURNGO is a joke. They are scammers, crooks, liars. I would never buy from them again. I going to report them to the Better Business Burea. I going to go on social and blast them for doing this. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
