"Came here on 12/30 at 12:45 pm for a pick up order. Horrible experience. The email I received stated the following “For Curbside Pickup, park in a spot near the front of the store…An associate will be outside shortly.” I parked in the parking spot labeled “curb side pickup” across the door. It was not far. If this is an issue then update the email instructions. I waved to the associate when I saw her. The female curb side associate was haughty and yelled that I had to repark in the spot she’s next to. Which was a complete waste of time since that whole interaction could have been completed by the end of that sentence. Also I would’ve gladly reparked if not for her attitude. I proceeded to cancel my order since I refused to be talked to in such a poor manner. Terrible customer service. I did appreciate the manager coming out after this to try, to deliver my item but I already started cancelling at that point."

"Not knowledgeable of the products and no lacking good customer service skills. Cashier was proactive in paging for help but no one came. Paged twice. Had to go to the back where they were standing talking. When they saw me they dispersed and the sales agent was going to walk by me as if i was invisible until i spoke and said excuse i need some help."

"I recently had the opportunity to shop at Office Depot and I am so pleased with my experience. The store was so organized and easy to navigate. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful with finding what I needed. I was able to get all my office supplies printer cartridges and a external computer drive all in one place and the prices were very competitive. I would highly recommend Office Depot for all your office needs."
