"Called to make an appointment TWICE bc blood was coming out of my ear and I couldn't hear. They told me they didn't have any appointments for the remainder of the week and to call back tomorrow. No empathy towards my pain or apology for the inconvenience nor did they try to schedule me for the next available appointment."

"Had an appointment and I had called in advanced to see if they had another day avaliable so I won't miss work and they said they didn't and a day before when I got out of work late I had a missed call and when I went to the appointment that was an hour away they said they don't take my insurance and the secretary and a nurse that was with her were rude and unprofessional, didn't say goodmorning and kept repeating that I should go to another clinic closer to where I live and basically didn't show initiative to help me and it was my first time here and I'm going to report what happened as well and I also so a gentleman in a desk on his phone with the computer turned off. I don't recommend this place at all. Also had like two people waiting behind me."

"I have been going this clinic for 3 years. Once per year for an annual wellness exam. 2 of the three appointments I have left after waiting an hour past my scheduled appointment time and not seeing the doctor. I always schedule mornings thinking there is less chance of they’re getting behind early vs 4 in the afternoon, but once again today, I waited an hour for a 10 am appmnt. No explanation offered when I went back to reception and explained I had other commitments so I’d reschedule another day. Other clinics I’ve been a customer at, have 15 minute late policies posted. If the patient is more than 15 minutes late, they go to the next open appointment if there are any. And it’s stated if you have waited longer than 15 minutes please come to reception. Hopefully so they don’t forget you are there. This is a simple best time management practice system that needs to be applied here in order for me to continue being a customer here at Medina Clinic."

"My husband is being treated here. I called askingnfor a doctors statement with details about diagnosis and treament being taken. Its a simple letterhead statement i was asking for and the nurse who answered rhe call hung up on me. She didnt even bother to help me. I didnt get her name but it has by far been a bad experience since i need this letter for a DOT exam."
