"The absolute worst experience here. I purchased the wrong ink cartridge at the Plano location and came to this office depot location because it is closer to my home. They then proceeded to not help me with a refund or an exchange because the ink cartridge had been opened. How else am I suppose to put in ink cartridge into a printer whether it fits or not without opening the packaging!?! So you are telling me I better have absolute 100% accuracy when purchasing a cartridge of ink or I am SOL? Imagine the Plano location, which I had to drive 14 miles to not honoring my loyalty as a customer and giving me a refund...would I just be out $34? This policy on office depots part and the ordeal and lack of help that I recieved at the forest lane location, have made this company forever lose my business. I would much rather order ink replacement online than have Office Depot grift/ steal my money because of an honest mistake. STAY AWAY FROM HERE, LOTS OF HOMELESS IN THE AREA, UNSAFE NEIGHBORHOOD"

"Went to get a large format for super printed. And older gentleman named David was helping and a woman named Yaebett came cussing about how this place is dirty and unorganized ect. Shouted at David and told me they can’t print it as is unless I use $35 per page paper. I said ky friend printed the exaact same thing for $6 a page and she called a manager! Waited for a manager who was busy and just left! Waist of my time. Anyway best teach Ms. Yaebette to be nice to people and not to complain about where she works! Instead clean it!"

"This Office Depot store is always meticulously clean and staff are always super helpful no matter how busy it gets. All of the managers are super friendly and always customer focused. I was helped by manager John this afternoon and he was super helpful. One of the products I was buying had a small defect that I hadn't noticed and he substituted it for one without a defect. Employees of this store are always so helpful that I would drive 20 minutes out of the way just to shop here."
