"If I could I would give ROOMS TO GO and ACCEPTANCE NOW a -10. I wish I would of read all these reviews before getting ripped OFF or/steered into going through acceptance now. We bought (feels more like lease according to out situation now) $3,000 couches and long story short now they they are saying oh no since we went through acceptance now and didn't pay off in 90 day we owe an additional $5000. "This is the worst company ever. PLEASE and PLEASE do not go with this company. I got charged twice during one of my regular payments and they kept giving excuses that there's a computer glitch in the system. Whenever I call them - their response was the refund is on the way. After paying off my loan, I also got charged my regular payments. Had to call my bank to get a refund. Acceptance now are scammers and choose a different company if you can. Please be warned!"

"This company is crooked. I went into Rooms To Go in Florida & they are using Acceptance Now. I placed an order with them & the furniture wasn’t being delivered until January. I called & canceled my order prior to the due date. Acceptance Now still went into my account & made my account negative. I called them & they said that my account wasn’t canceled & I needed to reach out to the store. Went into the store & the rep for Acceptance reversed the payment. So I asked her why was my account debited & called & canceled this order a few days prior. My bank account is still negative & I have called there corporate office on December 17 in Texas & opened a ticket for a manager to call me back but I have yet to hear from anyone. Now I’m going to seek legal action & the news channel because they shouldn’t have went into my account at all."

"Do not ever use these people. I went to Rooms to Go to purchase furniture which totaled $1853. I wanted to start building my credit and was told my sales person that I could use their in house finance company, Acceptance now. I paid $1000 down that day because I am not naive about interest rates on this type of transaction and wanted to keep my balance as low as possible. I have been making bi-weekly payments of $125 since January 2021. After finally being able to get into my online account (they had my email wrong when they set me up) I was shocked to find out my balance was still $1700. How does that make sense? What type of math are they using? I called the store and asked and basically was told I gave them the $1000 for free because I financed the full amount of $1853. I have filed a BBB complaint and am hoping they will be able to resolve this for me."
