"I needed last minute programs printed and OD made them on time and with perfection"

"DO NOT USE THEIR PRINTING SERVICES. I came in for a print job that normally takes about 10-15 minutes but my printer is on the fritz so I figured I’d get their print center to do it for me. I was there for 1.5 HOURS as they wasted 30 minutes trying to figure out how to use their own machine and when I suggested a more efficient way to get things printed and explained how, they did the exact opposite and made the process take much longer than it had to. NEVER using Office Depot for print services again—my 10-year-old niece can provide better customer service."

"Do they not know how to replace ink cartridges? I ordered a single print on cardstock, just black and white. The "black" came out as a faded light gray. How did they see that and think it was acceptable?"

"These people are crooks. Charged me $2.56 to print a single sheet of paper that should have costed 75 cents. Nothing special. Apparently there’s a fee for having someone open a file and hit print. No notification prior to printing and then the clerk says “we try to encourage people to use self-service.” Well sir, I was not encouraged until after I had to pay more than double what it would have costed if I used self-service."
