"Kourtney the manager is an awful employee and probably person too. She was very rude from the start and made me not want to ever return to this location. Also printing here is extortion rates. Better off buying a printer and paper then doing it at home if you don’t already own one."

"Such kind-hearted staff. My friend and I went to print and laminate our papers, and for some reason they just weren't coming out correctly. Even though we were stressed, the manager and sales associate relentlessly helped us fix the issue despite the rush, offering suggestions and even forgiving the printing mistakes! If you were to go to any Office Depot in Arlington, I wholeheartedly recommend this one :)"

"Yesterday I was having a really bad day. I went in to simply update my resume and print out 3 copies for an interview I have Tuesday. Cole was the store employee who helped me. He was so amazing in every way. He knowledable and quick, and really a nice guy. I walked in in tears and I left smiling. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! I think I'll go in every 2 weeks from here on out and buy some markers or something."

"This review is only for the print station. I haven’t spent much time in the store otherwise. But I would definitely give the print station an F on customer service. The problem, it seems to me, is that they don’t think customer service is something they need to do. They treat customers much in the same way that a low-level bureaucrat would treat someone who is in need of state provided services. I’m glad I left when I did.
