"Great place for all your printing plus alot of other stuff the people are always so nice and friendly"
"This print shop was absolutely wonderful. Great service, great staff, high quality product. They created and printed a poster for me for an event and it was better than I could have imagined. If I had done it, it would have looked like a 5th grade school project. Bennett’s took my vision and made it look spectacular."
"We have used Bennet's for the last five years, and each year something or other happens. For example, vertical bars printed on grayscale pictures. We were told it was our camera's fault. The next year it was square blocks over the pictures. Again, the camera's fault, even though we used a different camera. This year, more square blocks, and we were told that we had text boxes in the way! Aside from that, sometimes the booklets are trimmed crooked or stapled off-center--not very appealing considering the steep price charged. And we understand that breakdowns happen, but the last three years every time we ordered, something broke down and delayed us getting our order. Worse yet, we get the feeling that our orders are not given very high priority, almost as if we don't order enough to be worth the bother. And so...We will try Office Depot. Their prices seem to be about half of what we are paying at Bennet's. We'll see how their quality compares."
"3 star review is because I had so many positive experiences with this business with absolutely no issues but I am so shocked at and hurt by my recent experience. I came into the store in person this past Tuesday to express my appreciation for work done in the past and to explain how important this upcoming order was because it was for my family member’s funeral. His death was unexpected so this is a very difficult time and it was very important to us to do our best to honor him at the funeral on Saturday. It was one large mounted photograph to put on an easel and then an 8.5x11 design in landscape mode, front and back which is no more complicated than any other order I’d sent before for any other event. When I called to check on my order I was told I hadn’t approved proofs which is something I have never had to do in the past and also…I was never sent any proofs. I then spoke on the phone two more times to someone on Thursday trying to clarify what was going on with the order because the funeral was Saturday and I still had a lot of work to do with the materials one I received them. I called again Friday morning only to be told by a staff member that they “couldn’t believe” I hadn’t picked my order up Thursday… which is because I was never told the order was completed. Generally I would receive an email but had been told I’d receive a phone call- I received neither. And had I been able to come pick it up Thursday, the errors would have been discovered and corrected on Thursday. For whatever reason the staff decided the design I sent and specified many times verbally and in email was what I wanted was not actually what I wanted and took it upon themselves to do a strange chop and complete resizing of the design. When I opened the bag I was overwhelmed with confusion at why they would do that especially after all of the conversations we’d had regarding the order. Just 25 copies of regular 8.5x11 in landscape mode printed front and back. I was told by a staff member that their “guy just have thought it should’ve been the way he did it and not the way [I] sent it”- despite our multiple phone conversations clarifying that I’d asked for exactly what I expected to receive? I was then also told by him that he “can’t be there all the time and had a meeting with Chambers of Commerce.” To which I replied, “I also have obligations.” As a business owner myself I can’t imagine outright telling someone who asked me to provide a service and for such a sensitive order that I didn’t have time for them. This misprint inconvenienced me to the point of missing a meeting on Friday with an important Veteran client of mine ON VETERAN’S DAY, causing damage to MY business’ reputation- which I solemnly expressed to all of them at the time it was happening. I was in disbelief when I was told by staff, “I’m sorry you’re upset.” Not “I’m so sorry we didn’t this the way you’d asked” or “I’m so sorry for the inconvenience”… No. “I’m sorry you’re upset.” I’d expressed before I left that I’d expected to hear from management which I did not. They messed up my order for a cherished man’s funeral, cost me money and damaged my reputation in the process and still charged full price for the order. I reached out via email with no reply. And when I left my experience on their Facebook page which was essentially the same as what’s typed out here, they deleted my response and went so far as to BLOCK my Facebook account from their page. Again. Had no problems at all with them before and this is just truly shocking behavior."
"So we'll organized! I can't believe I've never been in before now! Definitely will be back!"
