"I was a customer of the previous owners Life Storage who were an honest and fair company. Since storage king has owned it they probably had a dozen so called site managers ( none of them have the power to get stuff done), had constant rate increases, fees being inserted without notice or explanation, issues with their payment process (was setup on autopay previously with zero issues). Then I have to get a new card a month ago and I give the information and am told the new card will be put in the system. Two days ago I get an email with another $12 insurance charge that was suppose to be removed months ago and a $43 late fee because my payment info wasn’t on file that was provided weeks ago to them. Tried getting handled through Dee, who is professional but completely powerless to do her job. It’s the horrific mid managers and ownership that deserve a ZERO STAR rating. Search around, there are better places that will be honest and not sneak rate increases and fictitious insurance fees on your bill. I feel bad for the workers they keep rotating through their having to deal with upset customers over issues ownership creates and refuses to resolve. Terrible terrible company!! There are many storage options nowadays. Do yourself a favor and don’t bring your stuff to these guys unless you want shady business tactics."

I believe her name was Amy she was the nicest and most help full person i have ever met.
