"We highly recommend Jim and Jen. This was a BIG investment for our family, and it just had to be right. J&J came to our home twice with samples and great ideas. It took us a while to make a decision, but felt confident given J&J’s valuable input. We decided to replace approximately 1500 square feet of carpet with vinyl flooring. "We could not be more thrilled with the way our flooring turned out. Jim and his team were wonderful to work with on this project. We had carpet and tile installed. The carpet was exactly what we were looking for both quality and price wise. The herringbone pattern of the tile is gorgeous. Jim communicates very well and keeps you updated on the agreed upon project at every stage to ensure it is going as planned and to verify you are happy with it. His crew laid a couple rows of tile out for us to give us a visual of how it would look. Once we approved the look they picked the tiles up and got to work laying them down permanently. The carpet crew and tile crew were both respectful, communicated well and truly took pride in their work. When each crew completed their projects they had us take a look at their work and were ready to receive any feedback we may have had.
