"Was going through the self checkout. The Cashier finished her customer and walk away sat down in the Photo looking at her phone. Never came to help me/ she just kept looking at her phone. I cancel my Transaction. Customer service is so important . Several months ago, when the pharmacy was closed on the inside. I was being helped, and gentleman checking out. He told me I better go to another CVS because they just don’t have the help. I want to use this CVS because it’s close to my home."

"DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. It is honestly the most poorly run pharmacy I have ever used. The pharmacists and the techs do not have the sense to tell people whose prescriptions are not ready that they should not sit in the drive-thru and wait while they get filled, causing hour-long pile ups. But if you go inside, it’s no better. You will wait just as long. In this video, you’ll see there are no pharmacists to be found, and you can hear the automated phone system saying there are three pharmacy calls. While I waited in line for 25 minutes (inside this time—I had already waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru), that number got up to six calls and no one ever even touched a phone to answer any of them. Two other people came inside after also complaining about a pile up in the drive-thru, saying they had been waiting 20 minutes and hadn’t moved. This is the third time I’ve had this experience at this location. I thought the first may have been just a bad day. The second, maybe the same thing. But this is the third and last time I’ll have a prescription called in to this location. Save your time and go elsewhere."

"This place deserves zero stars. Seriously. Today I went to pick up my prescriptions and was told by a worker that they had NO ONE in the pharmacy today because ONE PERSON called out sick. I'm sorry, but that is completely inexcusable. Where is your on call list? I could handle waiting in line and limited hours, but this is over the line. This is America, but you would think you were living in embargoed Cuba. To top it off, even when they have staff, prescriptions are never ready. If CVS Is unable to PAY ITS PEOPLE then it doesn't deserve to be in business. Period. I'll be taking my business to walgreens from now on. Shame on you! Edit: I got here before they opened today for my last round of meds from CVS. This is the line before they opened."

"The pharmacy is terrible. The line is wrapped around the building every day. The prescriptions are never ready. I waited in line for an hour and a half for them to shut the gate on me when it was my turn. I am transferring all prescriptions from the poorly managed establishment."

"Tonight might be my last straw with this pharmacy. I chose it because of proximity to my house, but time and time again, they have proven to just be plain awful. I have been in line for 2 hours and the line is literally wrapped around the building going into the parking lot of Crunch Fitness. The inside pharmacy is closed and a worker inside said there were only 2 people tending to all the pharmacy needs."
