"The new clinic manager Caroline is liar, and has zero respect and knowledge and a complete lack of what it takes to be at the clinic, let alone the clinic manager. I left a folder with all the information needed to request a proof of residence, I know I can get it, it states on the legal binding documents I provided. Mrs. Perry had given my one and now I needed it in a different format. I went to check if the manager got my folder, she made me sit for 15 minutes and not until I got up to see what is going on she grabs my folder and tells me that she cannot give me my proof of residence, I asked why, she said none of my 3 kids have a file. That is a blatant lie, so that told me she did not even try to aid and assist me in the proper way the clinic manager should. But she wasted no time spending the 15 minutes flirting with the worker that was next to her in office. She refused to answer any of my questions so I asked for her bosses information, which is my right, and she refused that as well. Oh, and I also recorded the incident due to her lying to my face as the clinic manager. So let us see how they handle this situation and the incompetent clinic manager."

"I have gone here for the past 2-3 yrs and they are great, nice waiting room, fully part of the hospital also so if you need labs or x-rays they will set you up to be taken care of. Their support staff of receptionists and techs are efficient at helping you check in and take you back to check your vitals and get your basic info and complaint while respecting my privacy. Their staff of Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and MDs that are all competent and experienced. My provider is Dr.Garner and i couldn't be happier."
