The only thing is i hate about this place is That they take about 2 hrs to get to you in your room,thats alooooot of time waiting chould be more faster for some reason we make appoinments.! But other than that i had to change my kids due to long lasting waiting time :( after long years of bringing my kids The good reasons are too long waiting time i lived far and bad service other than that dr usen very good doc he just need to be lil faster ."

"Dr. Usen has been my oldest son’s pediatrician for 15 years. Since then I have brought my other 3 children to him. His service, professionalism and expertise are top tier. Unfortunately his staff is his polar opposite. Rude, incompetent and not helpful. After another hassle by his front desk I was ready to drop my 4 kids from his practice. Losing his service made me think twice. I called back and spoke with an office manager by the name of Maria. She addressed all our issues quickly and efficiently over the phone. I’d urge anyone having problems with the front desk to ask to speak to her. Hope this helps"
