"I had a horrible experience here. If I could give a no stars then that would be more appropriate. If you call to make an appointment for a physical they won't tell you that they do the blood work there so you show up not knowing that you have can not eat until your appointment. I came in and their electrocardiogram wasn't working either besides I couldn't get my blood work done. I am only off on Thursday's so they scheduled me two weeks out to try again and do my blood work and an electrocardiogram. When I came in today for the second time and gave blood, urine and an electrocardiogram. They called me later after I left to advise me that my medical insurance wasn't going to cover at 100% the blood work, urine or electrocardiogram because it was 5 days after my original physical appointment. If they made these mistakes why should I have pay out of pocket for their scheduling mistakes? They did not want to own up for their mistakes. These people walk around confused and not knowing what's going on with their patients. They only have 1 doctor and a couple of physician assistants. My experiences from an office that has only 1 doctor is that it is a money factory for the Doctor. They are just ranking in patients with poor quality medical treatments. They made me loose two days off and complete unnecessary medical examinations like drawing your blood, urine and an electrocardiogram for nothing. I cancelled everything after they tried to make me pay for their mistakes. Do not waste your time and money in this joke of a doctor's office."
