"I’m very happy with all my experiences at Village Medical, Montwood location. I’m a fairly new patient, 6 months about, senior citizen with multiple health issues. My NP Jennifer Simpson has set more things in motion towards making some things better than my previous PC had done in the previous 2 years. She’s kind, caring, knowledgeable, listens well, explains with detailed answers when I have questions, breaks it down for me to understand completely or bless her heart ♥️ explains it twice, lol she’s very patient. She addresses my problems so far with testing of course where most doctors start, she gathers information and makes a plan. I’m kinda jaded a liile after some past dealings with other medical professionals but feel comfortable and trusting here so far. Very grateful to have found this place."

"Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from a medical facility! Tried for 3 days and 4 phones to get the prescription sent to my pharmacy. Have to call a general office because you can't call the office directly. Finally call on Friday afternoon, I was told I had to go back to the office and get a hard copy signed by the doctor and then bring it to the pharmacy. Had to wait til Monday due to doctor not being in on Friday. Go to the office and then was told, they called in to the pharmcy and they do have it! Yep, wrong pharmacy! Wrong directions! NEVER AGAIN!!"

"Excellent service. I didn't have an appointment and they helped me fast. I tested positive for COVID-19 and Dr. Lopez was excellent! An injection, Paxlovid and cough medicine. I felt better the second day . Today is the 3 rd day and I am 90% well. The nurse was very kind too. Thanks to both of them."

"Dr Lopez is wonderful. The nursing staff was also wonderful until they make me wait 30 minutes in the room after the Dr finished his assessment. After 30 mint I got tired and upset and I went to nurses station and nobody was in there, all of them where in the lunch room. Then, I didn’t received my flu shot and when I asked the nurse that came out of the lunch room for my mammogram order she took like 5 minutes to download and print the form. This is not the first time that this happened. You really need a good supervisor."
