"After waiting a while for my 340 appointment I asked if they had an update on my turn. At 420 they told me my wait would be 45 more minutes. Not once did the receptionist appear the least bit apologetic or even sympathetic. I take time off work to go there. I drive 35 minutes each way to go there. I was forced to leave without being seen because they were going to make me late to another appointment. And to pour salt in the wound, they don't allow telephone appointments for results (even though there is no need for physical presence), so I have to take more time off work to drive out there again. Stop over scheduling. Start allowing telephone appointments. And this isn't the first time this has happened. It is so disrespectful to make people wait an hour and a half past their appointment time for a 5 minute conversation and a piece of paper. So inexcusably rude."

"Coming to the actual sleep study wasn't so bad. The biggest problem with that is that when they attach wires to your body when you sleep, they use a wax that melts with heat, so you can use hot water to wash it off in the morning. Well, the showers here don't have hot water, only cold, so I basically went home with wax in my hair (thank God I didn't have work). When I came for my results, I was scheduled to be seen at 10:15. As I'm writing this review, its already 11:12 and I still don't have my results. Edit: This may not be the fault of the sleep center but I also wanted to note that the copay for my sleep study was pretty high, and I was told pretty late that it would cost me between $650-$700. Was disappointed my insurance didn't cover more."

"It was a bad experience for my son yesterday. The tech we got, he was super rude and very rough. He must be assigned to pediatrics because my son is 4 years old. He didn’t end up coming in till my son was asleep to hook him up and I had to sit him up and he was so rough and putting in the nose piece so hard my son was crying and crying. He had sooooooooo much paste in his hair it was so hard to get off. He also just ripped off the tapes from his face and marked him on both sides. Sorry but have some compassion if not then find something else to do! Then, he left the EKG patches on and I tried to take them off as gently as I could, wetting them first and my son was still in pain when I took them off. Terrible sleep and terrible experience. I would not recommend it, and I called today as well to complain."

"Our daughter had a sleep study recently. The night staff and specially the nurse Jasmine C. was very patient with our daughter. She made her feel comfortable during the whole procedure. Very happy with the service."

"If there was an option to give this place no stars, I would. I have never seen a place confirm an appointment so many times and fail to follow through with it. Today was the third time I’ve had to have a phone consultation in the past year with them and it was rescheduled three times on their part. They were even picking the time. The one I had today was for noon and no one called me until 2 PM and expected me to jump on a video call at the drop of a hat when they didn’t bother to show up two hours prior to our scheduled appointment and did not call to reschedule either. This has happened EVERY single appointment. If you question the staff as to why you were never given your telehealth visit, they will lie and say that they tried to reach you and were unable to multiple times when you’ve had your phone there sitting next to you the entire time! If you read reviews across multiple sites, you will find many of the same stories from other patients. The inconsistency on sleep study results and data is also alarming. One of my children received a single sheet of paper with a small blurb of details with no supportive graphs or breakdown of results. The other child, who went to one of the other centers, received a detailed report with graphs to support findings. Both facilities are run by the same company. And don’t even get me started on their lack of following through with their pre-authorizations. They’ll schedule you for a sleep study and never submit their paperwork for pre-authorization to your insurance until days before your study, when it can take up to two weeks to go through insurance. Then they’ll call and cancel, saying that they never received the pre-authorization in a timely fashion from your insurance provider. After having to reschedule the same study twice and take off of work two different times, I called our insurance company to investigate what happened. They informed me that in both cases the pre-authorization was submitted two days before the study was scheduled. I had to stay on top of the sleep center and keep informed by my insurance company as to when they actually were going to receive the pre-auth so we could actually complete the test. This place is utter nonsense. When the time comes for my son’s follow-up sleep study to be performed — I will be going anywhere and everywhere else, because their absolute worst customer service could not even begin to compete with this “business”."
