"If it weren’t for the front desk , I would be leaving a 5 star review. Not a SINGLE time that I have called have they answered me. I have called at different times of the day to see if maybe one time is better than the other. My own doctor had to call the office and then after I got a call back saying “I’m sorry you were having a hard time accessing us”. This isn’t okay, I had to wait for weeks to get my results because they decide not to answer the phone. Just last week I had an appointment with a doctor, and they were supposed to call back to schedule a follow up and I never got a call back. If you want answers and to actually talk to someone, then this isn’t the right establishment for you. Aside from that, the care and how I was treated by the doctors was amazing. Jennifer actually listened to me and helped ease my concerns."
