"Their service has been so bad in the last year . They make you wait at least 3 hours before you get to see the doctor , and the staff is so rude especially the two male nurses that do the screenings . They should get better training specially dealing with kids. Im changing doctors and Im very sad about it because I do love the doctors but their service and social skills are really really bad."

I like the fact that she's very thorough, caring, approachable, very knowledgeable, and no doubt a great pediatrician. She truly cares about her patients and helps us parents in matters that require her attention. Moreover, her assistants and her overall staff are very nice, helpful, and accommodating. They always address all my questions and concerns whether on the phone or in-person visits. A co-worker of mine even mentioned that if only Dr. Azarcon can continue seeing her daughter after her daughter turned 18, she would love to keep Dr. Azarcon as her doctor, and for sure I would also feel the same way once my boys hit the age when they would have to change their doctor. I have known friends whose children go to their clinic for many years now and they have nothing but good words to say about Dr. Azarcon and her staff and I personally could attest to that. The quality of care and service they offer us is exceptional and very familial."

"I have been with Dr Patricia Azarcon for over 15 years now and I have experienced the best treatment for my four children here. They are all absolutely amazing. The nurses are kind and ask proactive questions about your visit. They always have appointments available for you on call when your kids are sick and accommodation to your schedule is a plus. Building is always sanitary might need minor upgrades but that is the least of my worries. I completely trust my kids to be under the care of Dr Azarcons staff and herself. Dr Azarcon is caring and definitely has great assistants that answer all your questions and always kind and happy. The only thing i would like to see a change in is the waiting time in the room to see doctor its too long. But other than that I love it here! I would recommend this doctor and their staff 110%!"
