"3 hr wait time. Never answers phone, hangs up on patients. Incompetent staff, incredibly unprofessional. Dirty facilities."

"My wife started going to this clinic five years ago. The clinic has been getting worse over the years. The clinic constantly over books, billing is terrible, problems with prescriptions, rude service from some at the front desk staff; these are all problems that can be fixed but there is no responsibility for the care of patients. I would not recommend this clinic to family or friends. If you have a problem I would suggest changing to another facility and talk to your primary care for help. My wife is leaving this provider."

"Dr. marrancini is a very good doctor, however the front office staff is very rude and if you try to reach them by phone forget it, they answer and hang-up. Is frustrating every time I have to go in person o wait for days to be able to talk to someone"

"I've been calling for about 2 hours and no one picks up, after being on hold for about 10 min each time they will hang up one you. If the operators are to lazy to book appointments they should have an online service where patience can book their own appointments. If you are thinking about becoming a new patient, don't waste your time with this medical group. Of course they will most likely us the pandemic as an excuse for the back log on calls. Any positive reviews that you see are obviously coming from the staff. Fortunately the real reviews out due the fake ones."

"The wait times here are ridiculous!! Elderly patients told it will take 2-3 hours for them to be seen. Chairs are worn out and torn. N ot comfortable for elderly patients to sit at. Front office staff making excuses that there are only 2 doctors and they are running behind. No patient, much less elderly individuals should have to wait 3 hours for a 5 minute consultation with the doctor."
