"Before I signed in, the lady at the desk called me by name. I did have an appointment, but I thought that was nice, even so. Lab work was quick and I was out within minutes."

"I cannot remember which Dr. I was scheduled to see because I never saw one during my visit. My appointment was set up in good faith letting the office know I had flu like symptoms. Was tested in the room and after an hour of waiting was found to have the Flu. Shocking. Get a phone call from the Doc, from about 10 feet away from my exam room telling me my prognosis and lecturing about the value of vaccines etc. etc. I ask if she is going to listen to my lungs as my chest has been tight. Nope, can't do that..... she fears getting sick. Frustrating. This 'clinic' is nothing but a prescription writing money grab. I assure you that I will be billed for this 'Dr. visit' even though there was never any connection made. The medical profession in general is a shell of it's former self, replacing duty and care with greed and cowardice. This place is no exception. Do yourself a favor when considering a health provider and steer clear of this pill mill. Beware the grift that is Village Medical."
