"This place has ridiculous wait times. First time patient waited hour and a hafe and left. They don't value your time, they over book and take walk ins. Take your lunch and dinner if coming here. No thank you....my time is limited and who has several hours to wait. Especially when people where clearly sick sitting there waiting. This place could do better."

"For the love of God, spare your sanity and avoid this place. The NPs are nice and polite but the medical assistants and the front office, ESPECIALLY the front office are so rude, it's hard to believe they have a job. After the girls in the front have assisted patients at the window or over the phone and the patient has left, they proceed to gossip, and not quitely either. The walls are paper thin so in the waiting room everyone can hear everything. When you walk in they don't acknowledge your existence, not even with a glance, and continue to have personal conversations with one another. They leave you standing at the window like an idiot as if you aren't the paying customer/patient. These girls have no empathy for the kinds of elderly and sick patients who walk in. They make customers feel unwelcomed. We had to go to this place for a whole year because of the insurance we were stuck with and it was the same EVERY TIME! I didn't complain until now because we requested an authorization over month ago, twice, and they said it would be taken care of. Surprise surprise it was not so the specialist cancelled the very important appointment. Upon calling the office we were told, "well there's nothing we can do about it now" by a very rude person of course. I'm so glad we're getting a new insurance in January because this place is awful. It was the last straw for us. *Edit* We got a call back from the "only person who can help with authorizations" 45 minutes AFTER our cancelled appointment only to have a condescending individual tell us that she "can send the authorization right over." So clearly it's a simple process, but no, we now have to wait 3 months for the specialist! What a joke. Worst still is there is no accountability those uncompassionate women working in that office just there to chit chat and collect a check. If you ask to speak to a manager you get sent to a VM. People have been complaining about these women for a long time and the "company" has responded yet nothing gets done. 2 stars is generous."

"0 STARS!! Horrible place. Called twice to make sure they sent referral to a specialist that scheduled 2 months out. Both times they assured me they sent it! Never did! Now the next appointment with the specialist is 3 months out! This place does not value your time. Really unprofessional front desk. Also not the first time that's happened. Then they don't answer, transfer you to voicemails. I regret going to this place. I've lost so much time on cancelled appointments because they don't send paperwork"

"If you're looking for a doctor's office that values your time, your health and you as a patient. This is not the doctor's office you want to go to. The staff is a joke! From the front desk to the back! I went in AUGUST 5th for my 90 day follow up. Till this day I haven't received a call from WENDY, office manager, or ANNETTE. We contacted ANNETTE directly even like that nothing got done! I've called and called!"

"Annette Griego is by far the best doctor I've ever had. The wait times might be a bit long but I'd rather wait longer and get the compassionate and empathetic care I get from her. Even the nurses are great! I get my blood work and most tests there with them and I have difficult to find veins and yet the nurse always finds it and I feel almost no pain at all. I will never go to any other doctor!"
