"The staff is friendly, however, despite scheduling my appointment promptly for 4 p.m. after work, I was instructed to wait in my vehicle upon arrival. Regrettably, I have been waiting for my medications for an hour and a half without any update. Upon contacting the clinic again, I was informed of their staffing shortage. It may be prudent for the clinic to reconsider scheduling appointments during periods of insufficient staffing resources."

"The employee health clinic does not have a system in place to assist customers. They give you an appointment time and you show up and just have to wait in the car until they feel like assisting you. You try calling and they don’t answer you and you can’t even wait on the line until they pick up, it just drops the line at the end. When you try to ask how to check in, they are rude to you. I know covid is crazy right now but for the district to be pushing for employees to use this facility, they should take some time to train and to have a better system in place. I will be going to another facility from now on."

"I like the providers and feel like they’re very thorough. Unfortunately it’s next to impossible to get an appointment; if someone answers the phone you most often get appointment options during the school day. The clinic should consider expanding their Saturday hours since they are a clinic for teachers who can’t easily take the day off."

"My experience has been terrible. If there was an option to not give them any stars, I would. They go to your campus and tell you all the perks and benefits of going to the employee clinic…I have tried about 7 times to schedule an appointment this year so far and have NEVER been successful. They either always want to do an appointment over the phone (this is when other practices is already seeing patients personally) or I just get the “we have a high volume of calls message” but there’s not an option to leave a message or give you an estimated time of waiting AND THEN they end the call."
