"Dr. Chukwu doesn’t have the decency to sign a death certificate, which should’ve been signed within ten days which would’ve been Oct. 14, 2021. Today, Oct. 28, 2021 family had to go to his office to inquire about his negligence in signing virtually. If he’s incapable of doing this in a timely manner perhaps he’s unfit to practice on living patients. The medical board will he notified, hopefully some actions will be taken for the sake of other families and his current patients."

"Dr. Chukwu is an excellent physican, well qualified, and stays very current. The office stagf is terrible, thry don't answer phones, they rarely return a call, badly botch sending prescriptions to pharmacy. Never respond to calls or faxes from pharmacies, and if you go up there to resolve a problem a staff member will swear they will do what it takes to resolve it, then do nothing. Every one of them needs to have any licenses they may have revoked. They endanger payients' lives and health by their gross malpractice. From what they say, they know what info is required to properly submit the prescription, and then do not provide it to the pharmacy. I have spent three months trying to get a prescription for my diabetic supplies correctly submitted, multiple calls and faxes from the pharmacy to the ofgice were never responded. My calls went unreturned if I could get at at least their answering machine to answer, but most calls go on ringing with no answer. I have remained online listening to the phone ring during business hours of the clinic for over an hour with no answer. I made trips to the clinic to have a staff member swear to me they would send the required info to the pharmacy and never did so. The staff sent prescriptions that Dr. Chukwu does not prescribe for me to the pharmacy in my name. Dr. Chukwu is one of the finest physicans in El Paso, but unless you want to have an endless nightmare with his office staff you should probably go elsewhere."

"Dr. Chukwu and his staff are amazing. Very professional and obviously well managed. Dr. Chukwu took his time with me and went over every question I had about my health and my health moving forward. He is a blessing. Staff very friendly and office is beautiful. Thank You!"

"Staff are rude. They gave me the wrong appointment date and you can sense the negativity when you speak to somebody on the phone. This is one of the worst customer service that I have experience."
