"Love Dr. Chuku and his practice. Excellent physician and professional staff, however, when having a scheduled appt you wait around 2 hours (or more) in the lobby to see the provider and another 30-40 wait (if your lucky) in the exam room. Almost 3 hours in the waiting room and counting for todays appt. And availability for acute/emergency/female issues forget it they are unheard of. Calling the clinic to speak to front desk staff is a hit or miss. Additional staff is needed for sure. This affects my commitment at work, or pick up time for my kids from school. It’s almost needing a whole 8 hours of PTO just for a routine visit It’s disappointing that they don’t respect our time."
