"I didnt have to go personally but a relative didvand had a tens unit put in and they had a pleasant experience. Painless and pleasant prompt and courteous."
"Have to wait almost 3 hours every single time that I have an appointment is a NO-GO.. most of us get paid by the hour we cant affort to be here waiting for so long.. so many people in the waiting room complaining to the front desk staff all they say "we will call you soon" been at 2 different locations is the same issue I guess they know people are in pain And willing to wait for hours to been seen. I think they need to worry more about the patients instead of the money they get from overlooking their books."
"Been going there for 9 months. Have several health issues. Things are coming along nicely. I have my regular doctor, I had several invasion procedures on my cervical at Gateway. Positive place."
"I really had high hopes of this facility, but they let me down tremendously. I made an appointment and then they called me the day before to offer me an earlier appointment. Which I was happy about. I went in the day after, as told and they said my appointment wasn't until Friday. Which was completely wrong. I had to wait longer with my two little ones while everyone that came after me went ahead. And I came in earlier to make sure I was prompt. The doctor prescribed me several medications I did not want to take, and I told him the effects it had on me before. But I went ahead to show I'm willing to try anything to help. Again, horrible reaction. Called for two weeks, just to get hung up on and promises they'll call back that day, which NEVER happened. I have a buldging disc, herniated disc, arthritis in my neck and had new findings in my arm and rotating cuffs. To add to that, a brain tumor that has been causing major headaches. I don't take NSAIDs well, neither do I take anti-depressants. Which they prescribed. Was not helpful at all. I can't count how many times I got hung up on. And honestly it's wrong. I really hope they fix how they care for their patients and strive to do better. I will not be back at this location. The one on gateway N, was so much better. And the doctor listened and was truly kind and genuine. I don't have hate for anyone, but I do hope for this place to try harder on helping people in need."
