"Never going back again! Awful just awful and rude. The midwives just don't care and they aren't that educated yet they act like they are better than you. 1. Midwife took off bc she had other patients after 5 min with me. 2. She wouldn't check me even though post partun I said I was feeling pain down there. 3. Her midwife assistant wouldn't prescribe me headache medication even though the midwife said it was a postpartum issue. I left the office with my issues not resolved. 4. They were so rude and self righteous it wasn't funny. At one point the assistant said go get your headache meds from the ER if it's that bad or your primary. I explained to her my primary said to go to my OB for anything postpartum related and she said we aren't your OB We have only seen you twice. It was extremely rude and not factual. All this so they wouldn't have to do more work. 5. The head midwife that just walked out without answering all my questions refused to come back in the room when I said I had more questions for her bc she was with other patients."
"I'm only giving 1 star just to open up the comment box. On June 14, 2023, I had a colposcopy done with Dr. Greenburg. I don't know if this job had become redundant for him but he could use a refresher in bedside manners. He once told me he could tell that I didn't have HIV simply by my body size, I am obese. My chief complaint is that the OBGYN clinic where Dr. Greenburg performed a Colposcopy is very dirty with contaminants everywhere. The apparatus used for the Colposcopy procedure was contaminated with dry blood. When I pointed it out a lady came in to wipe down. I know from my medical studies the examining room must be wiped down after use with every patient and this is what was visible what about what is naked to the human eye? I have been in desperate need of more procedures to be done but I can't get myself to go back there. Meanwhile, the growth near where my ovary and fallopian tube were removed has been giving me much more pain, and I'm spotting more frequently. I feel helpless since I have government insurance, Medicare, and from what I understand only Texas Tech will accept this insurance. I hope I don't end up with something irreversible due to time passing. I can't go there ever again nor do I want such cruel offensive and nonproductive comments said to me regarding my weight. I don't have to be an MD to know that obese people can contract HIV. Poor people also deserve good medical attention."
"The doctors are good but the wait times are crazy. You will never go in at your scheduled appointment time and when you do go in you won’t see the doctor til about 30-45 minutes later. They stall with students and other nurses. Be prepared to spend 3-4 hours here waiting, they work on their time not yours."
"If you have an appointment here, clear your morning schedule because you’re going to sit in the waiting room for at least an hour past your appointment time. Every single appointment my wife and I have attended here, we waited anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour past our appointment time even though they request that you show up 15 minutes early. Once you finally get called back, you sit in the exam room for another 30 minutes or more because they forget that you are there. We have to go ask when we are going to be seen every time we have an appointment. Good luck trying to stack other appointments after having one here, you’ll probably miss it. If you enjoy sitting and waiting for hours past appointment times, having to remind the healthcare “professionals” that you are still there, and enjoy terrible customer service, come here. This is definitely the place for you."
"The doctors and staff here have been phenomenal. I recently had a follow up appointment after I had a miscarriage. The nurse that took my vitals was so kind and patient with me when I unexpectedly started crying in the office. Medical staff sometimes have a reputation for bad bedside manner, but that has not been my experience at all, especially with Dr. Toy, Dr. Boyd, and their staff. I’m incredibly grateful to be a patient of an office where I feel heard and taken seriously."
